Shipping policy

MeGorgeous.nl will ship your order within 1 working day after your order has been paid. With a bank transfer, it applies within 2 working days after the amount has been credited to our account. Depending on the chosen carrier, the packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday, unless it concerns a public holiday. It may happen that an item is sold out without it being listed in the webshop. In that case, we will contact you to find the best solution.
You can specify the desired date and time in the comments when placing the order. We will confirm this to you in an email or by telephone. Shipping costs uses the following (contribution to) shipping costs:

UNFORTUNATELY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS.

ARE YOU NOT AT HOME ON THE STATED DELIVERY DAY?

No problem! the order will then be delivered to the nearest post office. the postman will leave a message about this in your letterbox. take this paper along with your id to the post office to pick up your package there.

ORDER CANCELED

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs. We will make the refund without delay and at the latest:

a) 14 days after the day on which we receive all delivered goods from you.

b) (If earlier) 14 days after the day on which you provide proof that you have returned the goods;

c) If no goods have been delivered, 14 days from the day on which we canceled the order. We will pay the refund with the same payment method you used for payment unless you indicate that you wish to receive it otherwise.

d) you will not be charged with regard to the refund, you will have to contribute the cost of returning the products yourself.
