Directions to use:
Pre-lighten the hair to the desired level before applying toner. mix one-part Wella Color Charm toning color with twoelements20 volume Wella Color Charm developer. Apply to towel-dried hair then, develop for up to half-hour. Check frequently to see if the desired results are achieved.
Professional tips:
You can customize the toner formula by intermixing shades. as an example, if you would like a shade that's in between an ash tone and a heat tone, attempt mixing equal elements of T-18 and T-14 with equal elements of T-11 or T-35.
